Delta Sun Times: A list of Local Olympians and Champions

Amanda Dove at the Delta Sun Times put out a neat story by providing a list of all the Discovery Bay Olympians and Champions. With the Opening Ceremonies of the London 2012 Summer Olympic Games set to start July 27th, this is a fun story.

Tony Azevedo & Ryan Bailey – Water Polo – 2012 Olympics

Watch this month’s Olympics to see…. Water polo sensations Tony Azevedo and Ryan Bailey, who are going to their fourth Olympics.   After qualifying for the U.S.team, Azevedo and Bailey made Olympic history. The Olympic water polo event has never had a player compete in four different Olympics.
