Oakley Thanks Anderson and Frazier For Service

Last night was a special night for the City of Oakley as Council members Pat Anderson and Jim Frazier were thanked for the years of service and accomplishments on the Oakley City Council.  Both highlighted their accomplishments while thanking their families for allowing them the opportunity to serve. They thanked city staff.  Mayor Kevin Romick was also honored for his year of service as Mayor.

Jim Frazier will continue his career in politics as he was elected to the State Assembly while later in the evening Kevin Romick was voted by the council to serve a second consecutive year as Mayor. Pat Anderson will be focusing on other things for the time being while staying involved with the local community.

Here are a few photographs I snapped with my camera phone as I did not have my SLR camera on me.

  1. Thank you Pat Anderson and Jim Frazier for your service on the council, you both will be missed by the residents of Oakley.

  2. Sad to see both go, the new council will have big shos to fill as Frazier and Anderson were the ones who pushed a lot of the things through. I like some on the new council, but doubt they accomplish much.

  3. Thank you to both Pat Anderson and Jim Frazier on your service to Oakley and working towards improving East County. Good luck on your future.
